All tent rentals include a full set of sidewalls as well as installation and take-down (with the exception of the "pick up and self-install" option for our 20' wide tents) and are for a standard Friday to Monday rental, May through August, on grass surface. Additional charges apply for longer/alternate periods, off-season tent rentals (when available) and install on gravel or asphalt. On Sundays, we offer emergency services only (no deliveries, installs or takedowns).
Larger tents and longer term rentals are available. We offer complimentary delivery of installed rental tents within the RM of Springfield. Delivery to Winnipeg, Manitoba and other surrounding areas will incur a delivery charge.
Please call or email to request a quote for the date you need for your special day - weddings, anniversary parties or family gatherings, BBQs, and corporate events. Prices are subject to change without notice, but guaranteed for 14 days for the date quoted.
